STRATEGY AND VALUES
INCEVIDA aims to cover a broad working field from international cooperation through local presence to working environment. The specific working areas for the period of 2010-2015 are:
‣International and Global Cooperation
INCEVIDA shall be open and participating in cooperation with other Universities and be active committed to international and global working relationsships.
‣Local Presence
The research centre emphasises that the research products shall be available and make a difference in the research area. The centre shall be exposed in the regional environment.
‣Cultural Institutions
It is an aim that the research centre cooperates with a number of cultural and museum institutions for the purpose of knowledge building, so the centre can provide knowledge to support the institutions perception of identity.
‣Innovative Organizational Cooperation
It is central to the centre to be included in innovative organizational cooperation where the knowledge of culture-driven innovation can be used to create growth opportunities and change.
‣Inter faculty
It is important that INCEVIDA initiates cooperation cross faculties and institutes.
‣Education
Besides educating students on the research area, it is the aim to include the educational aspect in companies and public organizations.
‣Basic and Applied Research
It is essential that the centre provides basic research that can be a fundament for INCEVIDA to make applied research.
‣Talent
To attract research talents are significant to INCEVIDA and that these talents encourage unfolding in for example the international field.
‣Inspiration and Enjoyment
It is of great importance that the employees of INCEVIDA participates and interact to create a god and personal working environment on the research centre.
